Yes, that's me, "Flat Fee MLS Jeff"! I've been a licensed real estate broker for over 35 years. I bring over 5,800 listings to the table with hundreds of deals closed. I was the first in Michigan doing "Flat Fee MLS" listings in 2000.
This is all I do. I'm a member of most all MLS boards throughout the state of Michigan. When you list your property with us at Kermath Realty LLC, you can rest assured that you are making the right move. We give you the same MLS listing as you would get with any traditional agent.
There is only one MLS in a given area which we put you in. After you go in the MLS it automatically goes to Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com and all of the other real estate company sites like Coldwell Banker, Keller Williams and the rest!
This is the best way to sell period. We don't make much but we make it up on volume. Last year, 2019 we did approximately 385 Flat Fee MLS listings throughout the state of Michigan! If you sell, no commission. If an agent brings you the buyer, pay them their half, usually 2.5% to 3%. Worst case you save about half, best case you save the entire 6% less our up front fee!
