We have licensed brokers in almost every state that can list your home on the MLS for a flat fee. We are not a 3rd party referral site like many sites on the internet. Most brokers offer listing packages $399-$1395 depending of the level of service you desire. The less expensive plans are MLS ONLY while the most expensive are FULL SERVICE.
